My Journey
I am a business-driven HR professional who believes that companies perform only when their employees are trusted, empowered and developed. I see potential in people and help them grow and reach their highest self. I visualize and execute people strategies focused on transformation in order to align with their long-term business plan. I believe in a collaborative environment with empowered decision makers who aren’t afraid to be bold and vulnerable.
Having worked for 15 years in diverse HR leadership roles, I’ve been there and know it can be a lonely place. The People function is really good at looking after everybody’s growth and development but make little time for their own.
My journey in the corporate HR world has been rich with opportunities, challenges, diversity. Most of my career has been spent within the world luxury leader, where I was able to hold roles in the wine, fine dining, hospitality, high-end watch retail and cosmetics industries. My journey started in Paris before quickly moving to California, USA, to the gorgeous Napa Valley. I was eager to work where the most forward-thinking and disruptive HR practices are born.
I have supported iconic brands, in the luxury and consumer goods industry, transform the way they run internally their HR function and how they build strong employees’ engagement and satisfaction.

My vision
My vision of an impactful People leader is the perfect mix of a strong business acumen and an empathetic leadership approach. By advising, coaching and mentoring HR professionals, my purpose is to guide them into becoming impactful and strategic leaders and create a space where you can show up as your true self and find the support you need to thrive.
All my career, I took profound joy in advising, mentoring and coaching managers, leaders and individuals in having these difficult conversations, seeing their problems from another perspective, developing different communication skills and daring to reach their full potential.
From my story, I developed a coaching style which is dynamic, action-oriented within a safe space. Based on a certified protocol from ICF (International Coaching Federation). I am a caring, driven, warm person who loves working with different cultures and people. I am also an advisor that is not afraid to break the codes, take bold initiatives, speak the truth and is innovative. Finally, I truly believe in power of cultural diversity. Driven by that, I am now living in Spain and travelling between the US and France, balancing my work and personal life.
