My way of working involves 4 phases: Consultation, Personalisation, Support, and Follow Up.
Consultation
After a first introductory call to see that you and I are a match and want to work together, we will have a 90-minutes deep dive conversation to uncover your challenges and what you are looking for into a coaching program. You will set up your goals
Personalisation
Each coaching program is unique and tailored to the needs of my clients and what they are looking for. Either you need only coaching or a blend of mentoring, advising, coaching, I will propose to you a program that fits you.
Coaching, mentoring and advising
I provide sessions designed to help leaders to discover new perspectives and empower them to embrace these long-lasting changes in impactful ways. With a blend of coaching and mentoring, I will support you in reaching your highest potential and dare to thrive in your career and organisation.
Follow Up
In order to support accountability and results, I offer individual follow up. Follow up is essential in providing lasting results.
